Bio:

Melbourne band Describe Eliza is unique.

Using electronic drums, samples and synths in combination with female vocals, strings and guitars is something different and perhaps even unheard of.

The track submitted "Pocketful Of You" is an example of this. The track
is a journey. It takes you on a ride through the soft strings and piano
then suddenly hits you with electronic samples and sounds. This combination is carefully crafted by Describe Eliza. Industry professionals have described it as "organic and raw yet carefully crafted and technological".

Describe Eliza have been together for nine months and in that time have recorded their self titled ep with producer Simon Pavone (Madison Avenue, Paul Mac) The EP has already been given acclaimed reviews. During the nine months the band has been carefully crafting a live show that will blow you away. Describe Eliza just recently had their first gig at Melbourne venue The Evelyn where they pulled a huge crowd! The crowd was buzzing.

The band is truly distinctive and exciting. One to watch.

The Soundcheck Music Competition would be an amazing opportunity for this emerging band, it would give them the exposure that is well deserved.
